Deer Valley Plaza for lease

Having recently purchased the Deer Valley Plaza Building at 1375 Deer Valley Drive from a trustee under a foreclosure sale, the Deer Valley Resort now has space available for lease for office and commercial use. The Deer Valley Plaza Building is comprised of over 19,500 square feet of commercial lease space. Current tenants include Deer Valley Resort Lodging and Reservations, Jess Reid Real Estate, Burnside Property Maintenance, LCA Bank and GFA Architects. Deer Valley Resort’s lodging reservations department will also be relocating to the Plaza Building. Deer Valley Resort plans to open a new "market" this coming fall in the existing restaurant location, adjacent to the lobby. The building is the former home of businesses Premier Resorts International and The Stewpot.

Blue Boar chef in alma mater hall of fame

Eric May, the executive chef at the Blue Boar Inn has been inducted into The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) Alumni Hall of Achievement, a concept that was started to acknowledge the accomplishments of ICE graduates finding success in the culinary world. He is one 27 new inductees selected to join a select group. It is the first time alumni have been inducted since 2006. This induction puts May in league with notable celebrities such as Gail Simmons from Bravo’s Top Chef, and other award-winning chefs.
