The Park City Area Restaurant Association is scheduled to hold the next monthly meeting Wednesday, Jan. 9 at 9 a.m. at Red Rock Junction, located at 1640 Redstone Center Drive. Members and those interested in joining the organization are invited to attend. Utah makes covers
Utah scenes will be featured on the cover of three major skiing publications; Powder, SKI and Skiing magazines will all feature cover photos from three different Utah resorts for the January 2013 issues, according to a press release from Ski Utah. Powder magazine’s January Photo Annual features a shot by photographer Jim Harris at Alta, a picture of an unidentified skier snapped from the chairlift at Alta. Brighton resort will be feature on the cover of Skiing Magazine, featuring a night shot taken by athlete Kevin Brower. SKI Magazine features "The Ultimate Powder Manual" and the cover shot, taken by Utah local Adam Barker, captures Julian Carr, a local Utah athlete, on a powder day at Solitude Resort.
