ResortCom appoints new sales manager

ResortCom International, which manages Park Plaza Resort, The Lodge at Stillwater and Shadow Ridge Resort Hotel & Conference Center, recently announced the hiring of Kevin Ellis as new regional sales manager in Utah.

Ure elected as Angus delegate

David Ure of Kamas has been elected as a delegate to the 126th Annual American Angus Association Convention of Delegates Nov. 16 in Louisville, Ky. Ure is one of 386 Angus breeders who have been elected by fellow members in their state to represent them.

Cheap-ticket Tuesdays introduced

The movie theater at Redstone Plaza is offering discounted tickets every Tuesday. Children (ages 2 to 12) and seniors (age 60+) are only $5 for any show all day. Adults are $5 for shows before 6 p.m. and $6.50 for shows starting at 6 p.m. and later. A $2.50 premium will be added to the discounted prices for any 3-D presentations.

Ski rental biz has new website

Bryn Carey, president of Ski Butlers, a ski-rental business in Park City, recently announced the rollout of a new website for the company at http://www.skibutlers.com.
