Deer Valley’s snowmobile tours open
Deer Valley Resort’s Summit Meadows Adventures snowmobile tours are now open. According to a press release, the tours are held on the Garff Ranch, near Brown’s Canyon Road and offer 7,000 acres of land. Guided tours are available daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting, and complimentary transportation from Park City is available. For pricing and other information, visit deervalley.com.
Tanger Outlets donates to fire, sheriff’s departments
Tanger Outlets at Kimball Junction recently donated $500 each to the Park City Fire Department and the Summit County Sheriff’s Office. According to a press release, a ceremony was held Dec. 23 in which representatives from the outlet mall presented the checks to the respective departments. "We are very proud to show our support for these wonderful organizations that mean so much to our shopping center and community," said Candice Wilson, general manager of Tanger Outlets, in the release.
Mister Car Wash comes to Park City
Mister Car Wash, a Tuscon, Ariz.,-based car wash operator recently announced it has acquired a location in Park City, at 6515 N. State Road 224. According to a press release, Mister Car Wash is the biggest car wash operator in the country, with 136 locations in 14 states. The company also acquired a location in Layton. "2014 has been an exciting year for our company and all of us at Mister Car Wash are delighted to have the opportunity to further expand our service area in Salt Lake City with these two new locations," said John Lai, CEO of Mister Car Wash, in the release. "We work hard to create environments in which all our people can reach their full potential and with 250 employees now living in the greater Salt Lake area, I know we will be able to brighten a lot of lives."
