Park City shoulder season restaurant closures
The snow’s still falling, but spring and summer are just around the corner. Restaurants will be temporarily closing or adjusting their hours for the spring shoulder season. Here are the respective closing dates or schedule amendments for members of the Park City Area Restaurant Association.
Check with the individual restaurants or the PCARA website, parkcityrestaurants.com, for the most up-to-date information on closing dates and spring and summer hours.
Baja Cantina: Closed April 17, reopening May 16
Bandits: Closed April 11, reopening May 26
Billy Blanco’s: Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner
Bistro 412: Closed April 11 through May 26
Bistro 412 Club: Open Thursdays through Saturdays with limited hours — normal operation hours resume May 27
Cena: Closed April 11, reopening in May
Chimayo: Closed Sundays and Mondays April 17 through June 27 — spring promotions begin May 12
Cisero’s: Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays through May 25 *Please note hours subject to change

The Farm: Lunch ends April 3, dinner ends April 10, reopening mid June
Flanagan’s on Main: Open as normal
Fletcher’s: Closed April 11, reopening May 26
Ghidotti’s: Open seven days a week for dinner — $5 Thursdays begin May 5
Goldener Hirsch: Closed April 3, reopening end of June
Grappa: Closed Tuesday and Wednesdays April 19 through June 27.
Grub Steak: Closed April 17 and 18, reopening April 19
Handle: Closed Sundays and Mondays starting April 10, reopening seven days a week June 8.
High West Refectory and Distillery: Open as normal
High West Saloon: Closed April 18 through May 3
Lespri Prime Steak Sushi Bar: Closed April 24, reopening June 3
Molly Blooms Gastropub: Open as normal
Nelson Cottage: Closed for pre-fixe May 1 through June 4
Red Tail Grill: Lunch and dinner only (11 a.m. to 9 p.m.) starting April 3 until summer
Reef’s: Closed through April and part of May
Riverhorse on Main: Open nightly at 5 p.m. and for Sunday brunch at 11 a.m.
Squatters Roadhouse Grill: Open as normal
State Road Tavern: Open as normal
Sushi Blue: Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner
Vinto: Open as normal
Wahso: Closed April 9 through June 16 — reopen to five days a week starting June 16
Wasatch Brew Pub: Open as normal
Windy Ridge Bakery: Open seven days a week
Windy Ridge Café: Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner
Yuki Yama: Closed April 10, reopening Memorial Day Weekend
Zoom: Dinner only (5:30 to 9:30 p.m.) from April 12 through June 6
