Visit 14 historic homes and buildings on Daly Avenue and the top of Main Street on Saturday, June 14, at the 12th Annual Park City Historic Home Tour from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. sponsored by Wells Fargo. Five preservation awards will be given at a reception serving hors d’oeuvres and beverages following the tour at Zoom Restaurant at 660 Main Street from 3 5 p.m. sponsored by Sotheby’s. Advance tickets for the Historic Home Tour are $15 for Historical Society members and $20 for non-members. Tickets for the reception at Zoom are $35. Tickets are available by calling 435-649-7457. Tickets are also available the day of the tour at the Tour Headquarters located at the top of Main Street, Park City.

A Taste of Park City History will take place the night before the Park City Historic Home Tour June 13. Dinners will be served in historic homes for groups of 6 to 10 following a reception at the Washington School Inn. Tickets are $200 per person and include Friday night’s dinner and Saturday’s home tour and reception at Zoom.

Egyptian Theatre Gala

June 14 from 7 to 11 p.m., the Egyptian Theatre Gala 2008, a champagne fundraising event, will honor shows and performing songs from the company’s acclaimed past season and the exciting new season. The event will feature silent and live auction items and the Annual Edwina Awards recognizing outstanding actors, crew, designers and community members from the past years productions. Motorcycle enthusiasts are invited to join the Park City Motorcycle Club for their June Social this Wednesday, June 11, 6 p.m. at the Windy Ridge Cafe (1250 Iron Horse Drive). Flying Aces

Flying Ace All Stars Freestyle Shows at Utah Olympic Park lets viewers catch the high flying action as Olympians and national team athletes put on a 25 minute freestyle aerial show every Saturday at 1 p.m. until Aug. 30.

Skiers and snowboarders will soar up to 60 feet in the air and perform acrobatic feats before landing in the Park’s 750,000 gallon splash pool. Tickets are sold the day of show only. Adults are $10, seniors and youth are $7 each. Spend the day at the Park and enjoy bobsled rides, zipline rides, the Quicksilver alpine slide, guided tours, introductory sport camps, museums and more. Admission to the Park is free – no charge to tour the 2002 Olympic Winter Games Museum or Alf Engen Ski Museum or to watch athletes train. For more information visit or call 435-658-4200.
