Celebrate National Library Month at The Park City Library
The Park City Library is celebrating National Library Week with a community party on Wednesday, April 29 from 4-6 p.m. Please join library staff for refreshments and a program presented by library director, Linda Tillson, on her recent trip to Park City’s sister library in Nepal. This is the perfect time to discover how worlds connect at your library. The annual Park City Follies presents "Stimulated!"
The annual "Follies" event is a community favorite and almost always a sellout. It’s a fun romp of song, dance, acting and video revue of the past year. Shows run April 30 and May 1 with two shows on May 2. Shows run from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Egyptian Theatre. Buy tickets now, before they sell out, by calling the Egyptian Theater or online at parkcityshows.org. Thursday’s show is $12. Friday and Saturday tickets are $22. Cinco de Mayo Fun Run
Patrons are invited to join The Colby School in supporting both the Mountain Trails Foundation and The Colby School for its third annual 5k Fun Run, on the fast and fun McLeod Creek Trail. Community participants may pre-register for the Fiesta and purchase opportunity drawing tickets separately by contacting Joanna Nieves at The Colby School via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 615.3966 or may register the day of the run. Events will all take place rain, snow or shine. The opportunity drawing will take place at noon. Patrons must be present to win.
