County sheriff’s report
The alleged rape of a 16-year-old South Summit girl was reported to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office June 10 from a medical clinic in Park City, the authorities say.
The rape reportedly occurred in Salt Lake County where officers are investigating the case, said Josh Wall, a Summit County Sheriff’s Office spokesman.

A driver was investigated for allegedly driving under the influence in western Summit County June 22 at 10:34 p.m.
Somebody in ParkWest Village complained when people were playing a piano loudly near Fawn Drive June 22 at 9:06 p.m.
A Silver Creek man said his property was burglarized and items were missing June 22 at 1:45 p.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic crash that involved a minivan and pickup truck June 22 at 10:33 a.m.
Three men allegedly vandalized a vending machine in Oakley June 22 at 1:25 a.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of a hit-and-run traffic accident that involved two vehicles in western Summit County June 21 at 11:42 p.m.
Items were stolen when a cabin at Manorlands in the Uinta Mountains east of Kamas was burglarized. The crime was reported June 21 at 11:22 a.m.
Someone complained to a Summit County Sheriff’s Office dispatcher that drivers were speeding on Old Ranch Road June 21 at 11:14 a.m.
Items were stolen when a cabin near the Mirror Lake Highway east of Kamas was reportedly burglarized June 20.
Several men were reportedly fighting in the parking at Wal-Mart at Kimball Junction June 20 at 10:43 p.m.
June 19, a woman in Evanston, Wyo., reported a case of identity fraud to the Sheriff’s Office after someone used her credit card in Summit County without her permission.
A pair of shoes was allegedly stolen from the Nike store at Tanger Outlet Center June 19.
A man on Winchester Court in western Summit County said his house was vandalized with paintballs June 19 at 4:20 p.m.
June 19, a car was burglarized on Kilby Road.
A case of domestic violence was reported to the Sheriff’s Office from the Snyderville Basin June 19 at 1:17 a.m.
Kids were lighting fireworks near Silver Springs Road June 18 at 8 p.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic crash that involved a Honda and a Jeep in a parking lot at Kimball Junction June 18 at 7:14 p.m.
A man in Highland Estates said his construction site was burglarized June 18.
June 18, a man hadn’t paid for about $85 worth of fuel he allegedly stole from a gas station in the Snyderville Basin.
June 17, a man on Bitner Road reported a case of fraud to the Sheriff’s Office when someone used his checks without his permission.
No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic crash in western Summit County that involved a Suburban and a Toyota Camry June 17 at 10:45 a.m.
A house on Upper Evergreen Drive in Summit Park was reportedly burglarized June 17.
June 17, a woman in the Snyderville Basin said she was assaulted by a cab driver.
No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic crash in western Summit County that involved a Chevrolet Trailblazer and Subaru June 16 at 12:56 p.m.
A woman in Kamas said her neighbor stole dirt from her yard June 16 at 10:56 a.m.
Money was allegedly stolen from a house on Celebration Loop in Oakley on June 15.
A theft was reported from a store on Landmark Drive June 14 at 2:03 p.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of a hit-and-run traffic accident reported from a parking lot at Kimball Junction June 13 at 9:29 p.m.
A man in a Subaru allegedly brandished a silver handgun at another driver and followed the person to Tanger Outlet Center June 13 at 6:20 p.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic crash at Kimball Junction that involved a Chevy Cobalt and Mitsubishi Eclipse June 13 at noon.
Allegedly, a drill was stolen when a vehicle was burglarized on Gambel Drive in Pinebrook June 13 at 8:58 a.m.
Somebody allegedly broke a window at a construction site in western Summit County June 12 at 7:18 p.m.
June 12, a Hoytsville woman said someone withdrew nearly $1,000 from her bank account without permission.
Tools were stolen when a house in Sun Peak was reportedly burglarized June 11.
Somebody allegedly stole a Yamaha motorcycle that was parked in Echo June 10.
No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic crash in the Snyderville Basin that involved two vehicles June 10 at 3 p.m.
June 10, a woman in Oakley reported a stolen wedding ring.
June 9, a woman in Oakley told a Sheriff’s Office dispatcher she receives unsolicited pornographic pictures on her cell phone.
A house in Summit Park was reportedly burglarized June 8.
