On Nov. 17, an employee at a store at Tanger Outlet Center admitted he stole about $13,000 worth of merchandise from the business, according to a report from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office.

Other calls Sheriff’s Office dispatchers received last week included:

A caller in Coalville said somebody driving in the cemetery caused damage to headstones Nov. 22 at 9:48 p.m.

A caller in the Echo area said nobody was injured when a trailer caught fire Nov. 22 at about 9:10 p.m.

No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic accident in The Colony that involved two vehicles Nov. 22 at 4:51 p.m.

No injuries were reported as a result of a hit-and-run traffic accident that involved an Audi parked in western Summit County Nov. 22 at 1:01 p.m.

There were no serious injuries when a driver struck an elk in Summit County Nov. 21 at about 10:10 p.m.

Items were stolen when a car parked at The Canyons was burglarized Nov. 21.

A caller on Silver Springs Drive said a gas heater, vacuum and several tools were stolen from the home on Nov. 21.

Three horses were loose on a road in Woodland Nov. 20 at 11:31 p.m.

Three cows were loose on the road near State Road 32 in Marion Nov. 20 at 9:20 p.m.

No injuries were reported as a result of a hit-and-run traffic crash reported to the Sheriff’s Office from the Snyderville Basin Nov. 20 at 7:23 p.m.

On Nov. 19, a man at a house in Brown’s Canyon said a snowplow was stolen from his yard.

A case of domestic violence was reported to the Sheriff’s Office from the North Summit area Nov. 19 at 9:27 a.m.

On Nov. 19, a Henefer woman said her car was burglarized in the North Summit area.

No serious injuries were reported as a result of a traffic crash that involved three vehicles on the West Side of Summit County Nov. 17 at about 4:43 p.m.

On Nov. 17, an employee at The Canyons told a dispatcher their Ford Explorer was burglarized while it was parked at the resort.

A caller on Center Street in Kamas said a utility line fell Nov. 17 at about 11:10 a.m.

Deputies were investigating a case of child abuse on the East Side of Summit County Nov. 16 at 6:59 p.m.

Officers were investigating a case of poaching in the Kamas area after someone heard gunshots in the area where spotlights were seen Nov. 16 at 6:40 p.m.

A case of domestic violence was reported to the Sheriff’s Office from the Snyderville Basin after a woman allegedly struck a man with a coffee mug Nov. 16 at 6:25 p.m.

No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic crash that involved two vehicles near South Summit High School in Kamas Nov. 16 at 2:35 p.m.

A man on the West Side of Summit County said a vehicle was burglarized Nov. 16.
