County Sheriff’s Report
February 9, 2010
A Polaris snowmobile was stolen from a cabin in Tollgate, the authorities said.
The owner said he last saw the snow machine Jan. 23.
"As far as I know it was taken right from his house," said Detective Ron Bridge, a spokesman for the Summit County Sheriff’s Office. "It looks like it was just left outside."
Bridge said deputies have no leads in the investigation.
"We don’t have a rash of stolen snowmobiles," Bridge said "This is not something that is very common."
