Some people in Pinebrook have had it with the drivers of an ice cream truck who play music while trolling the neighborhood for customers.
On April 1, a caller in Pinebrook complained to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office about the noise.
"This is happening on a daily basis," a report from the Sheriff’s Office states. "It is not so bad in the winter when the windows are closed, but it is very obnoxious in the summer."
Other calls received recently by Sheriff’s Office dispatchers included:
A clerk at Claire’s at Tanger Outlet Center said somebody stole earrings from the shop April 11 at 3:48 p.m.
A man in Rockport Estates said shots were fired in the Wanship subdivision April 10 at 9:12 p.m.

A man attempted to steal several pairs of shoes from the adidas store at Tanger Outlet Center April 10 at 5:08 p.m.
A 52-year-old woman in the Woodland area was kicked in the chest by a horse April 10 at about 2:58 p.m. She was taken in an ambulance to the Park City Medical Center.
A woman on Homestead Road in Jeremy Ranch reported a case of credit-card fraud to the Sheriff’s Office April 10.

No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic accident that involved a Subaru Impreza and Ford pickup truck on the West Side of Summit County April 7 at 12:55 p.m.
A woman on New Lane in Oakley said she heard gunshots April 6 at 11:33 p.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of a hit-and-run traffic crash that involved two cars at Kimball Junction April 6 at 5:05 p.m.
A caller on Daybreaker Drive in Jeremy Ranch reported a case of identity theft to the Sheriff’s Office April 6 at 4:03 p.m.
A caller in Henefer said several prescription pills were missing from their home April 6 at 12:38 p.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of a traffic accident that involved two vehicles in the Snyderville Basin April 6 at 8:25 a.m.

On April 4, a man on Ponderosa Drive in the Snyderville Basin told a dispatcher he wanted to ask a deputy what he could "do about dogs trying to get into his chicken coop."
A man in Highland Estates said he was assaulted by his wife on April 4.
A case of domestic violence on the West Side of Summit County was reported to the Sheriff’s Office April 4 at 5:47 p.m.
On April 2, a woman on Brook Hollow Loop Road on the West Side of Summit County said her neighbor put dog feces in her yard.
No serious injuries were reported as a result of a traffic accident that involved a Dodge Durango and Dodge pickup truck in Pinebrook April 2 at 7:29 a.m.
A woman in Francis reported a case of identity theft to the Sheriff’s Office April 1 at 11:13 a.m.
