East West named among Best Places to Work, again

Real estate developer East West Partners has been named to Outside Magazine’s 2023 Best Places to Work list, coming in at No. 43. This is the third time the developer of Deer Valley projects including Larkspur Townhomes, One Empire Pass, Argent, Snowbasin, and Founders Place has been named to this list.

“I am tremendously proud that the culture we have built at East West Partners has landed us back on Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work list for 2023,” said Chris Frampton, CEO of East West Partners. “One of our goals at the company is to improve employee engagement year after year. Moving up on this list, which is based on direct feedback from our teammates all over the country, shows we are moving the needle.”

Participating organizations must complete a two-part process to be considered for inclusion on the list. The first part evaluates each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics and the second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combines score determines the top companies.

Off to cover ‘Gwyneth Goes Skiing,’ the musical; someone had to do it

Next week The Park Record is sending me overseas to cover the retelling of Utah’s greatest export in recent memory — the Gwyneth Paltrow trial. I’ll be traveling to Pleasance Theatre, a small performance venue in the heart of London. There, the “harbingers of queer chaos” production company Awkward Productions will be debuting their latest show, “Gwyneth Goes Skiing.”
