On May 21 the Colby School Garden Club will sponsor a plant sale from 3 to 5 p.m. A variety of vegetable plants, herbs and flowers will be for sale. The proceeds from the day will go the school. For more information, call Joanne of the Colby School at (435) 655-3966.

Community council

The last day to place nominations for the McPolin Elementary School Community Council will be May 9. Nominations may be placed in the Parent Teacher Organization box in the main office on campus.

Reality show

Eighth-grade students at Treasure Mountain International School need parent volunteers to help them prepare for "Reality Town" on May 29. The event allows eighth-graders to get a real look at life by investigating potential jobs, creating résumés and balancing their check books. To volunteer, email Lynn Cier at or Tani Doering at .

Founders’ Day

Join Park City Academy on May 21 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. as they celebrate their 20-year anniversary and honor the people who started the school.
