Heber City-Join park staff on Feb. 9 for a starlight snowshoe hike along the lake. Meet at the visitors center at Jordanelle State Park at 7 p.m. for the hike and refreshments. Jordanelle can provide snowshoes. After the hike a short presentation will be given on stars, followed by an opportunity to use telescopes.

Admission is $5 per person. Space is limited to 50 people. Call (435) 649-9540 to reserve a spot. Celebrate 50 years

Manners Matter! (Grades 3 5)

Manners class includes: proper introductions, polite conversation, table manners, setting the table, restaurant rules, telephone skills, thank you notes and more. Instructor: Heidi Whitlow. (No class 2/20).

Valentines Day Cookie Bouquet (Grades 2 – 5)

Parent and kids work together to create an edible Valentine masterpiece. Decorate and arrange cookie flowers to make a

cookie bouquet in a clay pot with a special soil of candy

hearts. Instructor Heidi Whitlow has taught cooking classes in

Wilton, Connecticut for over 18 years. Class fee includes parent and child and all supplies. Choose from two sessions:

Mother / Son: Thursday, Feb. 8, 4 5:30 p.m. $39

Daddy / Daughter: Thursday, Feb. 8, 6:30 8p.m. $ 39
