Park City High alumna graduates from Tulane University
Jami Mills Vibbert, the daughter of Dennis and Joan Mills of Park City, was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University on Saturday, May 19. Vibbert graduated magna cum laude. She was also awarded the John Minor Wisdom Award for being the most all-round student. She was inducted into the Order of the Coif, as one of top 10 percent of her class. Vibbert was Editor of the Tulane Law Review. She will be a clerk for Judge Asrick in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana for a year and has been awarded a position with Fulbright and Jaworski. She graduated from Park City High School in 1996, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 200 from the University of Pennsylvania.
Soaring Wings Children’s Fair
The Soaring Wings Education Foundation presents the 14th annual Park City Children’s Fair Sunday, June 3 at City Park, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Family-friendly activities will include pony rides, face painting, art, food, live music, prizes, and a rummage sale. Proceeds from the event will benefit local and global charities that support children and the environment, including Summit County Friends of Animals, The Park City Library, and Recycle Utah.
