Kimball Art Center summer classes
The Kimball Art Center has announced its summer art classes are online and ready for registration. They are offering more than 100 classes in painting, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, welding, glass fusion and more throughout June, July, August and September.
The classes are available for "tots" ages 3-5, children ages 5-10, "tweens" and teens ages 11-17, adults ages 18 and older and family classes for all ages. To see which classes are available or to register, visit http://www.kimballartcenter.org/art-classes/.
PCHS Academic Decathlon winners
Park City High School’s Academic Decathlon team traveled to Honolulu, Hawaii last week to compete at the United States Academic Decathlon’s 33rd annual national competition on Friday, April 24, through Sunday, April 26.
PCHS student Zachary Laufer earned a bronze medal in both essay and economics and silver in math. Mara Williams brought home silver in essay, Carter Pochynok earned gold in speech, and the team’s total score beat that of Bingham High School’s, the school that beat PCHS at the state competition.

Girl Scouts Summer Camp
The Girl Scouts of Utah invite all young girls to participate in their summer camps offered throughout June, July and August at both Camp Cloud Rim and Trefoil Ranch. Young women entering grades 1-12 can attend for a day, a week or longer.
Young women and their families can enjoy a free preview of the camps during the open house at Camp Cloud Rim on June 14 or at Trefoil Ranch on June 28 from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. For more information or to register, visit http://www.gsutah.org/summer-camp.
PCSD Community Education registration open
The Park City School District’s Community Education summer programs are now online and open to registration. Classes include Chef School, Jr., Little Carpenters, Babysitting Training, Drawing and Painting and American Girl Adventures.
