Erik Low to be released
Erik Low will be released imminently from prison after Third District Court Judge Bruce Lubeck on Monday accepted a plea deal the case surrounding the 2003 killing of Michael Hirschey. Lubeck agreed that the approximately 1,713 days Low has been in prison was an appropriate punishment. Low appeared in a prison jumpsuit and he left the courtroom smiling at his family.
