Eugene Stewart Campbell
February 3, 2010
Our good friend, Gino, has passed on to the great snooker table in the sky. We will miss him.
Gene was proud to have served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, of which he had many fond memories. Always a salesman, first of cars, and then in the billiards industry, which was more his passion. His proudest accomplishment was the house he built in Emigration Canyon. You can refer to an archived article in the local Park City paper for further details of Gene’s life: http://www.parkrecord.com , Gene Campbell, June, 1, 2007.
Many thanks to all the people who gave him comfort and dignity in his last years: the VA Hospital, Applegate HomeCare & Hospice, Meals on Wheels, Summit County Sheriff, and Danville Services. Please pick an organization of your choice if you would like to make a donation.
He will rejoin his family in their ancestral plot in his beloved Bellevue, Idaho, on Monday, Feb. 1, 2010.
Please contact Sue or Scott, 435-645-9195, if you wish to attend a gathering in his memory. The date will be announced.
