The Silver Kings, Park City’s local all-star hockey team, will take on the undefeated Sun Valley Suns on Friday, March 2 at 9 p.m. and again on Saturday, March 3, at 7 p.m. at the Park City Ice Arena. The Silver Kings are a men’s Senior A hockey team that compete against other ski-town hockey clubs in the Rocky Mountain area. Tickets are $5 at the door. The Park City Rugby Football Club will be serving cold beverages at the event. For more information, call 640-3934.

PCAT invite

On Feb. 23-24, the Park City Aquatic Team (PCAT) is hosting the Park City Winter Invitational, a swimming competition for age-group swim teams from all over the state, at the Ecker Hill Aquatic Center. The event will start on Friday at 5 p.m., and again on Saturday at 9 a.m. Werner said that competition typically lasts about three and a half to four hours so that the kids won’t lose focus. Softball leagues

Softball season is coming soon. Get into the excitement with Park City Recreation’s Adult Softball Leagues. Co-ed leagues play Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. Men’s leagues play Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The season runs from May 6-Aug. 17. Registration is now open, but space is limited.
