Park City Recreation is offering mountain bike dirt jump clinics are all levels of riders looking to advance in the dirt jump park. Participants will be broken into groups based on ability. Trail run series
Mountain Trails Foundation announces the start of the Tuesday trail run series June 5-Aug. 28. The runs take place around Park City and are free of charge. Runners meet every Tuesday in City Park at 6 p.m. Participants may run with a group or pick up the pace for training. Novice trail runners are welcome and encouraged to participate. Two-man best ball
The Park City Golf Club is hosting a Two-Man Best Ball event on Sunday, June 10. There is a maximum 10-shot differential. Shotgun start at 8 a.m. Entry fee is $30 per person (plus green fees). The deadline to sign up is Friday, June 8.
New trails map
The 2007 Mountain Trails Foundation trail map is now available in the bike shops,
visitors information centers and a variety of other locations around Park City. There is a new format this year with the entire system on one side and some of the other popular trail systems on the other side.
With 40,000 square feet of retail space, 234 condos and something called a “ski beach,” the Pendry project will be a major addition to Canyons Village.
