Parkite Andrew Pierce, one of five American junior racers on the U.S. Downhill Mountain Bike Team that will represent the U.S. in the World Championships in Rotorua, New Zealand, August 22-27, is hosting a fundraising celebration dinner with his parents to celebrate his success and raise more money to help him make the trip. The public is invited to the Pierce home, located at 1630 Creek Side Lane (North Shore at Silver Springs) on Tuesday, August 8 at 6 p.m. for dinner, prizes and celebration.
