The Park City High School swim team is in need of parent volunteers to officiate at swim meets. All local meets will take place at Ecker Hill Aquatic Center beginning Oct. 18 and run through January. Officials must go through a short training with the Utah High School Swim Coaches Association (UHSCA). High School physicals
Park City High School sports physicals will be held at Park City Healthcare located at 1665 Bonanza Drive, on Oct. 24 between 6 and 8 p.m. The cost is $15. Forms are available at Park City High School.
Free fencing
The Park City Fencing Academy is offering a free Introduction to Fencing class on Thursday, Oct. 12, from 2-4 p.m. Participants will learn about the three different weapons used in the Olympics, basic footwork and blade work, and have an opportunity to fence other class participants.
