Five arrested on sex charges

Park City police officers arrested five men Sunday morning on sexual-assault charges, saying the men held two women against their will in a Park City hotel.

The Police Department said Wednesday the Summit County Attorney’s Office is considering additional charges. The men are between the ages of 21 and 35. Four are from the Salt Lake Valley, and the other’s place of residence was not immediately known.

The police say dispatchers received a call at about 6 a.m. on Sunday from a man reporting his sister and her friend were being held. Officers found the women, a 23-year-old and a 29-year-old, in the lobby. The younger woman told the police she had been sexually assaulted. The police say they were held for "a number of hours during the night."
