Free e-waste collection

Facilities offer free electronic waste disposal for one day

Residents can drop electronic waste off at no cost at the Recycle Utah center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and at the Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District office from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. during a Jan. 12 event sponsored by RCA.

Members of the Park City Rotary Club will assist with the e-waste collection at the Water Reclamation District office, located at 2800 Homestead Road in Jeremy Ranch. The Recycle Center is located at 1951 Woodbine Way in Park City.

The e-waste will be processed by 5R Processors, a Wisconsin-based company that specializes in processing and recycling e-waste.
