Obituary

Cody Davis was called home to his Heavenly Father Wednesday, July 19, 2006. Cody was born Jan. 13, 1974 in Heber City, the son of Val and Kathy Davis.

Cody leaves a special place in the hearts of everyone he came in contact with. He was a very loving father, son, brother and friend. The love of his life was his precious daughter, Keana. Cody served an LDS mission in Louisville, Ken. He loved his Heavenly Father and had a great knowledge of the gospel. Cody had a very big heart. He never had an unkind word about anyone. He loved his family very much. Cody was very outgoing and loved the outdoors.

Cody is survived by his beautiful daughter, Keana, of American Fork, Utah; parents, Val and Kathy Davis, Heber; brothers: Chad (Amy), Heber; Chris (Carrie), Heber; Casey (Danielle), Riverton, Utah; Caleb, Heber; sister Cerina, Heber; grandparents: Dave and Shannon Hackford, St. George; Darrell and Barbara North, Hanna, Utah; great-grandmother, Reva Allison, Heber; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Cody will be greatly missed. He will continually be in our hearts and prayers until we meet again.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the Heber East LDS Stake Center, 2395 South Mill Rd., Heber. Friends may call on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the LDS church. Interment will be in the Heber City Cemetery.
