Obituary — Betty Ann Staffy

Betty Ann Staffy, beloved mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully at her home on September 28. Betty was born November 7, 1924, in Jerome, Pa. Seventeen years ago, she moved to Park City, where she enjoyed watching Tiger Woods, dominos with friends, playing with the cats and dogs, people-watching and trips to Las Vegas. She inspired those around her with her indomitable spirit and will be missed, but never forgotten, by all who knew her. Betty is survived by her brother, Frank; her daughters, Joette, husband Garry Vargo, and Darlene, husband Ulissa Rego; her granddaughter, Allisa, and many dear friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Chester Staffy. A private memorial service will be held at St. Mary’s Church for friends and family on Friday, October 3 at 4 p.m.
