One fatal, two critical in US 40 rollover

The Utah Highway is still trying to determine the cause of a one-car accident that killed one woman and injured four others, two critically.
The accident occurred at about 4:05 p.m. Monday afternoon on eastbound US 40, just south of the I80 intersection at Silver Creek.
According the the Utah Highway Patrol report, a gold Saturn carrying five people veered off the highway and into a culvert where it came to rest on its roof.
One of the two females in the car was pronounced dead at the scene, the other was transported by AirMed in critical condition. All three men in the car were also injured and were taken to area hospitals. One was reported to be in critical condition, one in serious condition and one in fair condition.
According to UHP the names of the victims are:
