Park City Council meets twice this week

The Park City Council will hold a special meeting at City Hall on Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 9 a.m. The agenda includes public input and possible action on an Interlocal Agreement for 911 Services between Summit County, Park City Fire District, and Park City Municipal. 

Council will hold its regular meeting at City Hall on Thursday, Sept. 14.  During the work session, Summit County Health Department Director Phil Bondurant will share a Health Update by at 4:45 p.m. The Regular Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., agenda highlights include: 

PC Tots Childcare Lease Agreement  



Council will hold a public hearing and consider entering into an agreement with PC Tots for a childcare facility in the Park City Library. View agenda item here. 

Heber Avenue Water Line Replacement 



Due to recent water line failures on Heber Avenue and Main Street, Public Utilities is recommending an emergency water line replacement on Heber Avenue from Swede Alley to Main Street to be completed prior to winter. View agenda item here. 

Studio Crossing Plat Amendment 

A plat amendment to facilitate phased development and financing of the Studio Crossing project will be reviewed. Studio crossing is a proposed mixed-use development adjacent to the Park City Film Studios. View agenda item here.
