Park City Restaurant Association launches new website

Deals and dining options highlighted for customers

The Park City Restaurant Association launched its new website, complete with restaurant guides, news, events and deals. The site is more interactive, featuring options like selecting different restaurants and bars by meal, price or type of food offered, a virtual spin the wheel of what’s in Park City.

"There are so many choices for diners in Park City, and we wanted to make it as easy as possible for anyone to pick a restaurant or bar based on their mood," said Ginger Ries, Executive Director of the PCARA, in a press release.

The association is comprised of nearly 50 local bars and restaurants and the website may be a way to get members working closer together said Steve McComb, owner of Cisero’s, Bistro 412 and Baja Cantina.

"It’s tough in town because we are competitors," McComb said. "But when we work together we create a better environment for our customers."

The new website will also announce daily, weekly and monthly specials at different locations to inform diners about special events.

"I’m hoping that it’s going to help business," McComb said. "A lot of people go shopping on the net. When you’re looking for a restaurant you’re shopping."

"PCARA’s new website is designed to be a central point of inspiration for both locals and visitors who want to scope out restaurants or bars before heading out for a meal. Plus, the interactive layout is great for people with smart phones that want to make a quick decision on the go," Ries said in a press release.
