Hit-and-run cases reported in Park City

The Park City Police Department last week received at least three reports of hit-and-run traffic accidents.

The cases included:

  • on Wednesday, Dec. 4, a hit-and-run traffic accident was reported on the 1900 block of Sidewinder Drive at 7:52 a.m.
  • on Tuesday, Dec. 3, a hit-and-run traffic accident was reported on the 600 block of Deer Valley Drive at 5:42 p.m.
  • on Monday, Dec. 2, a hit-and-run traffic accident was reported on the 1300 block of Lowell Avenue at 2:23 p.m. The damage occurred between 2 p.m. and 2:20 p.m., the police were told. The vehicle suffered damage to one side of the rear bumper.

    Park City police blotter: Vehicle leaks ‘quite a bit’ of gasoline

    The Park City Police Department last week was informed of a vehicle that was, according to the person who contacted the department, leaking “quite a bit” of gasoline. The vehicle was apparently a Ford Mustang and had been left in front of a Main Street restaurant, according to public police logs.
