Park City’s cocktail of the year

Bonnie Ulmer, bartender from Deer Valley Resort, won the fourth annual Libation Nation cocktail contest Thursday at Wasatch Brew Pub. Ulmer’s St. Germain cocktail contains four ounces of Prosecco, an Italian wine, and soda water and an ounce and a half of St. Germain Elderflower liquor. The drink should be served over ice. Ulmer recommends stirring the drink well and including a sprig of mint lemon twist. The award was Ulmer’s second. The Park City Restaurant Association raised more than $1,100 to benefit The People’s Health Clinic from the event.
