On Sunday, Feb. 14 at 6:27 a.m., someone told the Park City Police Department two people tried to break into a home on the 1900 block of Prospector Avenue. The two were leaving the scene when the police were called, according to Police Department logs.

Meanwhile, just earlier, at 5:46 a.m., someone on the 1100 block of Deer Valley Drive called in a similar complaint. The police said two people rang the doorbell and then tried to get into an apartment.

The day before, at 9:58 p.m., the police received a complaint from someone claiming that it appeared a crowbar had been used in an attempt to break into a place on Sullivan Road, a small street on the border of City Park.

People with information about the cases may contact the Police Department at 615-5500 or the department’s anonymous-tip line, 615-5847.
