The Park City Police Department last week received three complaints about someone breaking into a vehicle or possibly trying to do so, with one of the cases reported in the China Bridge garage.

On Saturday, Aug. 14 someone notified the police a vehicle had been broken into while it was in the China Bridge garage. The police received the report at 4:21 p.m., but the person indicated it had been broken into the night before. Public police logs did not provide details, including whether anything was taken from inside.

On Thursday, Aug. 12 a window of a vehicle on the 1100 block of Empire Avenue reportedly was broken out sometime before the police received the 1:42 p.m. report. The police said nothing appeared to be missing from inside.

Meanwhile, on Monday, Aug. 9 at 11:23 a.m., the police received a complaint about someone trying to break into a vehicle on the 1800 block of Park Avenue. Police logs did not provide details.
