Classes will be back in session at Park City High School Wednesday because no probable cases of the swine flu have been discovered in any of its students.

But the Summit County Health Department recommends elementary and middle schools in the Park City School District remain closed through May 10 after 11 probable cases and one confirmed case of the H1N1 virus were found in the area.

"All activities are on for today and school is back in session tomorrow at normal time," Park City High School Principal Hilary Hays said Tuesday. "The activities today include baseball starting at 2:30, softball at 3:30 and the soccer game at 5, and they’re all at Park City High School." Because of the swine flu scare, school district officials canceled school and all school-related activities April 30. Call the district at 645-5600 for more information about the the high school reopening.
