Prudential opens new office, gallery
As the Snyderville Basin area continues to expand, Prudential Utah Real Estate decided it was time to open up shop in the region. A newly added office and gallery at 1678 W. Redstone Center Drive, Suite 225, is the 10th Prudential Utah Real Estate location in the Park City area. "Other than the top of Deer Valley, the brunt of the real estate is The Canyons, Sun Peak, Pinebrook and Jeremy Ranch," said Court Klekas, branch broker for the Prudential Utah Real Estate Redstone office. Klekas said the Redstone office plans to open a gallery in the upcoming weeks that will showcase real estate developments in Park City that are represented by Prudential. Rick Rybarczyk, art director in the marketing department for Prudential Utah Real Estate, said the Redstone site will be the third main office location for Prudential Utah Real Estate in Park City. "It’s kind of a nice crossover since Kimball Junction and Redstone is such a hotspot for everything," Rybarczyk said. "It was a great location to have not only agents in the office, but the Redstone gallery." The Redstone, Main Street and Saddleview offices are the largest Prudential locations in Park City, offering the most agents on site, he said. Klekas said there are 32 agents and 4 staff members working at Redstone, all of whom previously worked for the company in other offices. The Redstone office will be the second to offer a gallery, with the first gallery located on Main Street. Rybarczyk said the Redstone gallery will showcase 25 new developments in Park City and will offer videos, project displays and print information. Prudential Utah Real Estate development sites in a close proximity to the new office include The Colony at The Canyons, Last Sun at the Cove in Park Meadows, Goshank Ranch overlooking the Glenwild golf course, Fox Point at Redstone Village at Kimball Junction and Willow Creek in Snydersville Basin. Rybarczyk said Prudential Utah Real Estate has 110 agents working in Park City. According to Dougan Jones, CEO of Prudential Utah Real Estate, the company sales are on track to break $2 billion this year in the Park City area. He said Prudential Utah Real Estate carries approximately 50 percent of the market share in Park City, and Prudential Utah Real Estate was rated one of the fastest growing real estate companies nationwide last year, with a 59 percent increase over the previous year. The new Prudential Utah Real Estate office is located at 1678 W. Redstone Center Drive, Suite 225. For more information call 1-800-553-4666, email infoor visit http://www.pureutah.com.
