PARK CITY MOUNTAIN RESORT

The PayDay chairlift and resort base activities including the Alpine Coaster, Alpine Slide, ZipRider, Legacy Launcher, Miniature Golf and the Little Miners’ Park are open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The Town Lift is open noon to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. THE CANYONS RESORT Farmers’ Markets take place every Wednesday from noon to 6 p.m. in the cabriolet parking lot. The Canyons is open for summer activities including scenic gondola rides, mountain biking, hiking and alpine disc golf. Hours for the Flight of the Canyons gondola are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Saturday Summer Concert Series continues Saturdays from 6 to 8:30 p.m. through Aug. 29. DEER VALLEY

Lift-served mountain biking, hiking and scenic rides are available from Snow Park Lodge via the Silver Lake Express chairlift and from mid-mountain via the Sterling Express chairlift. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily for the Silver Lake Express and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily for the Sterling Express. Helmets are required for bikers. For rentals or information on clinics and tours, please call 645-6648. The Community Concert Series at Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater continues Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. through Aug. 26. PARK CITY ICE ARENA

The Park City Ice Arena offers public skating, drop-in time slots for different age groups, speed skating drop-in, Learn-to-Curl/Play Hockey/Figure Skate classes, Adult Skills & Drills classes, Stick & Puck sessions and more. Monthly schedules are available online at http://www.parkcityice.org . Starting July 15, Park City residents must present a recreation card to receive locals’ discounts. Rec cards are available at the arena for $6.50.

UTAH OLYMPIC PARK The Utah Olympic Park is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays). Admission is free and includes a self-guided tour of the 2002 Olympic competition sites and access to the Alf Engen Ski Museum and 2002 Eccles Olympic Winter Games Museum. Guided tours of the venue are offered daily at the top of the hour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Comet Bobsled operates 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 2 to 6 p.m. Saturdays. The Xtreme and Ultra Ziplines and Quicksilver Alpine Slide operate 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The Flying Ace All-Stars Freestyle Shows run every Saturday through Sept. 5 at 1 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for youth/seniors. Green fees for 18 holes are $46 for residents with a cart or $32 walking. For non-residents, fees are $57 with a cart or $43 walking.
