The Fourth Annual Christmas for the Kids Event
The Fourth Annual Christmas for the Kids is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 10, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse, 5715 Trailside Dr. The event will feature bounce houses, arts and crafts and family photo opportunities with Santa Clause from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $5 or a toy/food donation per family that will benefit the Park City Christian Center. Prospector ARTS Will Present "A Dickens Christmas"

Prospector ARTS, the theatre group at The Prospector, located in Park City will present "A Dickens Christmas," featuring a full-stage production of "A Christmas Carol," along with food vendors, from Thursday, Dec. 15, through Thursday, Dec. 22, at the Prospector Theatre, 2175 Sidewinder Dr., at 7:30 p.m.. There will be a matinee on Saturday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and no Sunday performances. The production features Josh Francis as Scrooge and Eric Blood as the Ghost of Christmas Future. Tickets are $9 for adults, $7 for students and senior citizens and $6 for children and available at the door or online at dickenschristmas2011.eventbrite.com. A family pass for $35 is also available.
Temple Har Shalom’s Chanukah Party
Temple Har Shalom, 3700 Brookside Court, will hold its second annual Chanukah party on Thursday, Dec. 22, from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. The event will include an array of entertainment and children’s activities, a magic show by Richard Hatch and a buffet dinner.
