Park City School District Bandapalooza

The Park City School District’s Bandapalooza, featuring the Treasure Mountain Junior High School eighth-grade band, the Ecker Hill Middle School sixth- and seventh-grade bands and the Park City High School Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band and Percussion Ensemble, will be held at the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts, 1750 Kearns Blvd., on Thursday, March 1, 7 p.m. Admission is free.

Friends and family will hold a silent auction and benefit concert for Mindy Martin at the Park City Clinic, 750 Round Valley Rd., on Thursday, March 8, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. The event, highlighted by the music of Utah’s Erin Marie Lewis, Sam King, Curt Rust and Paula Eden, will also include a silent auction with prizes that include deep-sea fishing and sunken-ship scuba diving. Martin, who works at the clinic, suffers from idiopathic gastric intestinal motility and digestive disorder, making it impossible for her to digest food or work full time.
