Culinary Wine and Ski Classic tickets now available
The Park City Culinary Wine and Ski Classic might not take place until February, but tickets are on sale now.
The event, which will take place from Feb. 2-5 at locations around town will feature a Grape Kick-Off Soiree with more than 30 winemakers and 100 wines, along with vintner dinners, featuring noted chefs from around the country and skiing events at Deer Valley Resort.
Additionally, there will be a special Masquerade Ball and Auction, and the "Hair of the Dog" Brunch.

Looking for tickets to Sundance? This weekend offers a chance
This Friday, Jan. 6, the Sundance Institute will present its first Festival Kick-Off Gathering at the institute’s Gateway Center location in Park City.
The event will feature live music and refreshments, along with the distribution of wristbands for the 2006 Sundance Film Festival locals’ ticket sale. Sundance will distribute the wristbands at the event. They will give their holder a specific, randomly assigned time at which he or she can return to the ticket office to purchase tickets to film festival screenings.
The locals’ ticket sales will be held all-day Saturday and Sunday at the Gateway Center. You must have a wristband to purchase tickets.

Phoenix Gallery to feature artist Olsen
The Phoenix Gallery will host a show featuring painter and photographer Curtis Olsen on Saturday, Jan. 14 from 6-9 p.m. The exhibition will feature Olsen’s works, which are a unique blend of painting, texture and photography composed to evoke feelings of the western landscape and the open space that defines places like Utah, Wyoming and Montana. They have at the same time, a strong sense of both color and geometry.
