Mountain Town Music presents the Frontier Bank Community Concert Series at Deer Valley’s Snow Park Amphitheater every Wednesday. The concerts are free to the public. Nutrition Community Event
Clinical dietitian Liz nan will be the speaker at a nutrition community event at Walmart, 6545 N. Landmark Dr., at Kimball Junction, on Wednesday, June 27, at 7 p.m. Bynan will talk about nutrition and health and guests will learn the difference between organic and nonorganic foods, special needs for vegetarians and where vitamin supplements fit in dietary health. Luxury Home Tour Auction
The Park City Board of Realtors Philanthropic Foundation’s annual Luxury Home Tour Auction benefit will be held at La Caille, 9565 Wasatch Blvd., in Sandy, on Thursday, June 28, from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tickets are $150 each and can be purchased by visiting http://www.luxuryhometour.org.
Monthly Gallery Stroll
On the last Friday of each month, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., members of the Park City Gallery Association offer a unique monthly showcase highlighting artists, special exhibits and art events. The Friday Gallery Stroll is a free event that gives residents and Park City visitors alike the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments while exploring Park City’s exciting art scene. Free Film Screening: "Witch Hunt" at Hampton Inn
The Hampton Inn & Suites, 6609 Landmark Dr., will host two free screenings of "Witch Hunt," a documentary about false allegations about child molestation. The film, which was produced and narrated by Sean Penn, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2008, on Friday, June 29, at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Seats are limited and RSVPs are required. Book Signing and Master Class at the Kimball Art Center
Gerald Elias, associate concertmaster for the Utah Symphony, will conduct a master class at the Kimball Art Center, 638 Park Ave., on Saturday, June 30, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. as part of the Park City Performing Arts Foundation’s Student Outreach Program. The p-public is invited to sit in on the class. After the class, Elias will sign his new book "Death and Transfiguration" from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
A critic of a Park City workforce or otherwise affordable housing project in Old Town said he is considering an appeal of the Park City Planning Commission’s approval of the development.
