Listen to music makers, bid on trips
Harry O’s and Mountain Town Stages will present "Music Makers: A Not-So-Silent Auction" Saturday, May 19 beginning at 7 p.m. The event features big-ticket items for auction such as vacation packages, and smaller items like spa services. Take 5 will join Rich Wyman and his wife, Lisa Needham, to provide live piano jazz and rock music for the fundraiser.

Proud of city parks?
Celebrate "National Pride In Your Park Day" beginning at 9 a.m. at Park City parks on Saturday, May 19.
The goal is to clean up around local businesses, parks, schools, S.R. 224 and S.R. 248, Deer Valley Drive and streambeds.
Recyclables should be dropped off at Recycle Utah.

Used books for sale
The Friends of the Summit County Libraries will hold its annual used book sale at the Kimball Junction library next weekend. Beginning on Thursday, May 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. , the sale will feature a preview for Friends members to peruse a selection of hardbacks and paperbacks for adults and children, all priced at $1 or less. New Friends can pay $10 dues at the door. Videos and DVDs, as well as books on tape will also be available. The sale continues May 25 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and May 26 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit http://www.summit.lib.ut.us.
