Showcase of Homes
Saturday and Sunday are the last days of the Park City Area Showcase of Homes presented by the Park City area Home Builders Association. 15 homes are presented from Park City to Heber, including a green-built home, a remodeled home and homes at Promontory at Glen Wild. Charity Golf Tournament
The Building Balance Charity Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Park City Board of Realtors will take place Sept. 14 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Soldier Hollow. All of the proceeds will go towards Habitat for Humanity in Summit and Wasatch counties. For more information, call 655-5166.
Have a Heart
The Egyptian Theatre will host "Have a Heart Benefit" Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. to raise money for Kristina Logan and research for the Children’s Heart Foundation. The event will include live and silent auctions, music with the Motherlode Canyon Band, Small House Strings and other special guests. Tickets are available at the Egyptian Theatre box office for $50. There are also special cabaret tables available for $100. There will be guest speakers from Primary Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Heart Foundation. For more information, call 649-9371.
Mid Mountain Marathon
The 26.2 mile race will run from Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley Resort to The Canyons Sept. 9.
