Winners of the Second Annual Electric Light Parade Announced

The Historic Park City Alliance has announced the winners of the 2011 Electric Light Parade that took place on Main Street on Wednesday, Dec. 21. The winners are:

    Locals Sundance Film Festival Ticket Selection

    Beginning Monday, Jan. 2, all local residents who registered for a Sundance Film Festival ticket packages back in September and October will be able to select their tickets at http://www.sundance.org/festival/tickets/locals-passes . On Saturday, Jan. 7, and Sunday, Jan. 8, from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., residents of Summit and Wasatch counties who registered for individual tickets in November will be able to select their tickets in person at the main Sundance Film Festival box office in Park City, 136 Heber Ave. All registrants need to provide a Utah driver’s license or Utah State ID Card as proof of residency.     Swaner EcoCenter Extended Hours

    The Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter has extended its hours for the holiday season and will be open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. through Saturday, Dec 31. Snowshoe tours of the preserve offered at 10 a.m. daily and the climbing wall is open from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. For more information, visit http://www.swanerecocenter.org/

    Free "Spy School" Screening at the Kamas Theatre

    The Kamas Theater, 30 N. Main St., Kamas, will present a free screening of the "Spy School" on Thursday, Dec. 29, at 2 p.m. In order to strike down an unfair no-dogs law, Emma along with her classmates, town grown-ups and dogs, must present a holiday pageant.     Deer Valley’s Annual Torchlight Parade
