Oakley Art & Artisan Show

The Summit County Arts Council hosts the first Summit County Art & Artisan Show and Sale in downtown Oakley today, July 17, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Local artists in a variety of mediums will exhibit and sell their artwork. Local musicians will perform throughout the day and food, drinks, and kids’ hands-on art activities will provide a fun atmosphere for the whole family.

Big Stars, Bright Nights featuring Wynonna

Wynonna will bring a night filled with everything from roots rock, gospel and adult contemporary pop to folk and Southern R&B to Deer Valley’s Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater on Tuesday, July 20. Tickets are $35 for lawn seating/$65 for reserved seating and are available at the Eccles Center box office, 1750 Kearns Blvd., at Deer Valley Signatures or Etc. stores on Main Street and at Deer Valley Resort, and online at online at http://www.ParkCityTickets.com. Prospector Arts announces 2010-2011 season

Prospector Arts has announced its 2010-2011 season and is now offering early-bird tickets. The lineup includes "The Princess Bride" in September, "The Pirates of Penzance" (Halloween version) in October, "Cinderella" in November, "Scrooge" in December, "The Dead Poets’ Society" in February, "Robin Hood" in March, "Zorro" in April and "Godspell" in June. Season tickets are $49 for adults, $39 for children/students/seniors, or $199 for a family pass.
