A+ for fundraising
Children and families from Park City Day School (formerly The Colby School and Park City Academy) contributed more than 1,300 pieces of uniform clothing to schools for underprivileged children in Bolivia, Peru and other South American countries. They worked with the Park City 5, a group that donates time, labor and money to build schools in underprivileged areas in memory of five Park City students who died in 2008. The first school they built was in 2009 in Ecuador and this July, the group will be building a second school in Bolivia.
