The 19th annual Park City Fair raises money for local nonprofits

Soaring Wings Montessori School held its 19th Annual Park City Children’s Fair earlier this month raising more than $9,000. According to Soaring Wings Montessori School Executive Director Duna Strachan, this year’s fair was the most successful one so far. "It was fun for children of all ages and all proceeds will be donated to child- and environment-oriented organizations chosen by students, including Recycle Utah, Swaner Nature Preserve and Adopt-a-Native Elder," Strachan said, adding that the students will donate the money during the next school year. "We see these children growing up over the past 25 years and becoming involved citizens who do their best to make a difference in their world," she said.
