According to the Summit County Attorney’s Office, the following cases were heard on Dec. 14 in 3rd District Court at the Summit County Justice Center:
Enrique Daniel Bautista-Mora, 37, of Park City, entered into a plea in abeyance for 18 months for rioting, a Class B misdemeanor. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $1,000 fine and complete other standard terms and conditions.
Christian Kelly, 20, of Orinda, California, entered into a plea in abeyance for 12 months to possession or use of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $1,000 fine and complete other standard terms and conditions.
Kristina M. Thompson, 45, of Park City, entered into a plea in abeyance for 12 months to retail theft, a Class B misdemeanor. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $500 fee, complete 20 hours of community service and complete other standard terms and conditions.
Angela Albright Avei, 39, of Bountiful, entered a guilty plea to identity fraud, a third-degree felony, and burglary of a vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor. Sentencing is Feb. 1.
Alberto Islas-Perez, 30, of Salt Lake City, entered into a plea in abeyance for 18 months for failure to exhibit a hunting or fishing license, permit, tag or device, a Class B misdemeanor. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $200 fee, pay $600 restitution and complete other standard terms and conditions.
