According to the Summit County Attorney’s Office, the following cases were heard on Oct. 19 in Third District Court at the Summit County Justice Center:

Matthew Palma, 27, of Las Vegas, Nevada, entered a guilty plea to possession or use of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence. That sentence was stayed and the court placed the defendant on court probation for 24 months, ordered him to serve 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served, complete 30 hours of community service and complete other standard terms and conditions.

Cameron Earl Gregory, 31, of Sandy, was sentenced for the offense of theft, a second-degree felony. The court imposed a one-to-15 year sentence at the Utah State Prison. That sentence was stayed and the court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 36 months, ordered him to complete 50 hours of community service, pay $23,760.00 in restitution, pay a $500 recoupment fee and complete other standard terms and conditions.

Braydon L. Bolton, 20, of Morgan, entered a no-contest plea to unlawful control of a vehicle, a third-degree felony. The court imposed a zero-to-five year sentence at the Utah State Prison and a $5,000 fine. That sentence was stayed and the court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 36 months, ordered him to serve 90 days in jail with credit for 90 days served and complete other standard terms and conditions.

Nichole Christina Crane, 29, of Midway, entered a guilty plea to Burglary, a third degree-felony. Sentencing is Dec. 14.

Richard Lee Falco, 36, of Park City, entered into a plea in abeyance for 36 months to possession or use of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a second-degree felony. The court ordered the defendant to successfully complete the Salt Lake County ASAP Program and complete other standard terms and conditions.

Leo Everett Greene, 39, of Taylorsville, entered a guilty plea to theft, a second-degree felony, unlawful possession of another’s identification documents, a third-degree felony and failure to stop at the command of a law enforcement official, a Class A Misdemeanor. Sentencing is Dec. 7.

Anthony D. Holman, 37, of Rock Springs, Wyoming, entered a guilty plea to theft by receiving stolen property, a third-degree felony. Sentencing is Dec. 7.

Nathaniel Richard Styza, 24, of Salt Lake City, entered a guilty plea to failure to stop at command of a law enforcement official, a Class A misdemeanor. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence and a $2,500 fine. That sentence was stayed and the court placed the defendant on court probation for 18 months, ordered him to pay a $1,000 fine and complete other standard terms and conditions.

Jeffery Eugene Smith Wright, 29, of Park City, entered a guilty plea to false personal information with intent to be another person, a Class A misdemeanor. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence and a $2,500 fine. That sentence was stayed and the court placed the defendant on court probation for 18 months, ordered him to serve 32 days in jail with credit for 32 days served, complete 30 hours of community service and complete other standard terms and conditions.

Lamar Scott Grant, 45, of Payson, was sentenced on a charge of theft, a Class A misdemeanor. The court imposed a one-year jail sentence to be served at the Utah State Prison and run concurrent with his Utah County case.

Richard Thomas Mackay, 27, of Salt Lake City, entered a guilty plea to identity fraud, a third-degree felony and burglary of a vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor. The court imposed a zero-to-five year sentence at the Utah State Prison and a $5,000 fine for identity fraud and imposed a one-year jail sentence and a $2,500 fine for burglary of a vehicle. The fines were suspended and the sentences are to run concurrent to each other and all other cases the defendant is currently being held on.

Brandon L. Replogle, 28, of Clinton, entered into a plea in abeyance for 18 months to violation of a protective order, a Class A misdemeanor. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $500 fee and complete other standard terms and conditions.

William J Klink, 43, of Park City, entered a guilty plea to attempted possession or use of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor and possession or use of drug paraphernalia, a Class B misdemeanor. Sentencing is Nov. 30.

Jon A. Charpentier, 52, of Park City, entered a guilty plea to attempted possession or use of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor and possession or use of drug paraphernalia, a Class B misdemeanor. Sentencing is Nov. 23.
