Stand up against idling

The Summit County Council approved a resolution Wednesday to amend the county’s anti-idling ordinance to better align it with Park City’s policy. The amended policy restricts idling in unincorporated Summit County to one minute, with no exceptions for instances when the temperature was below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
