Trailside raises $11,600 for PCEF

The school received a grant from Winder Farms for raising the most money

Trailside Elementary School raised $11,600 during the Park City Education Foundation Beat the Call fundraiser earlier this month, according to Park City Education Foundation Marketing Manager Jennifer Billow, adding that because they raised the most money, the school received a $2,000 grant from Winder Farms. According to Einhorn the school will use some of the money to bring in national bullying expert Trevor Romain to talk with students and parents are anti-bullying at the end of May. They will also be hosting a luncheon for all the school’s volunteers as well as replenishing the school’s classroom emergency supplies in preparation for the Great ShakOut scheduled for April 17.
